two people, and are fully inclusive of

heating and hot water.
Please note that Damson Ghyll Cottage is available from Saturday to Saturday
for weekly
bookings, whilst Pippa's Cottage is available from Friday to Friday. |

For a third person staying in Damson Ghyll Cottage there will
be
a supplement payable of £10 per night. |
| Christmas and New Year breaks are charged at High Season rates. |
| Winter and short break deals are

Terms and conditions.
- A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required upon confirmation of
booking, with the full balance payable
prior to, or at the latest,
upon arrival. Cheques made
payable to G. L. Jackson.
- Guests may arrive after 3PM on the day of arrival and must vacate
their cottage by 9.30AM on the day of departure. (Earlier arrival
times by arrangement with us beforehand.)
- Smoking is prohibited in the cottages.
- Sorry no pets.
- Guests are of course able to receive their own visitors to the
cottages. However overnight stays are by arrangement with us
beforehand.
- It would be appreciated if guests would report any breakages or
damage caused to the cottage as soon as possible. It is expected
that guests will bear the reasonable cost of replacing any missing
or damaged items.
- All bed linen and towels are provided.
- All electricity, heating and hot water is included in the stated
prices.
- Red Barn Cottages accept no liability to guests (or guests
visitors) for any injury, loss or damage to their property or
person, however it has been caused.
